Watch: IS militants throw blindfolded man from building in Syria for being gay
The man supposedly survived the fall but was stoned to death by crowd at bottom
Islamic militants pushed a man off a building in Syria for ‘being gay’, according to the Daily Mail. Showing no mercy, the ruthless crowd present at the foot of the tower block where he fell, then stoned the blindfolded man to death.
In a series of photographs, the terrified man is seen sitting blindfolded on a plastic chair as a grinning executioner took pictures. The pictures show the man being hurled off the seven-storey building in the town of Tal Abyad in Raqqa.
As reported, it is believed that the 'judgement' was read aloud before he was thrown. The note condemned his sexuality and claimed he should be thrown from the highest point of the city as punishment.
It is the fourth time in a few weeks that the jihadist group has used the brutal execution method for alleged homosexuality. Two men were hurled from the top of a tower block while two others were crucified in front of a crowd as part of a ‘brutal punishment’ for being gay.
