Mumbai: India's new Test captain Virat Kohli took to Twitter on Saturday to congratulate MS Dhoni on fatherhood.

India's World Cup winning skipper MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi gave birth to a baby girl on Friday. The 33-year-old cricketer became a first time father after his daughter was born at Fortis Hospital on Friday evening. Accoding to doctors, the baby weighs 3.7 kgs.
Dhoni missed the birth of his first child for the Australia tour but when asked whether he would rather have been in India in recent days he said: "Not really."

"I have been blessed with a baby daughter. Mum and daughter both are good," he told reporters.
"But as of now I am on national duties so I think everything else can wait. The World Cup is a very important campaign."
The wishes poured for new parents MS Dhoni, his wife Sakshi and their 'little angel'.
