Telanga has requested Rajasthan government to allot one acre of land

Jaipur: Deputy Chief Minister of newly-formed Telangana has requested Rajasthan government to allot land for the construction of Telangana Bhawan in Ajmer for the convenience of pilgrims from his state visiting Ajmer Dargah.

Deputy Chief Minister Mohammad Ali met Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Minority Affairs Arun Chaturvedi here in this regard. During the meeting, the state government also demanded some space in Hyderabad for setting up Rajasthan House there.

Chaturvedi told reporters after the meeting that Telanga has requested the state government to allot one acre of land in Ajmer for Telangana Bhawan so that state's people visiting Ajmer Dargah can be facilitated.

Ali during his visit to the state capital also called on Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. The courtesy meeting took place at the CM's residence.
