Watch: Irrfan Khan in the emotional trailer of 'Qissa'

Mumbai: The trailer of the Irrfan Khan’s ‘Qissa: The Tale of a Lonely Ghost’ is finally here. The film also features Tisca Chopra, Tilotama Shome and Rasika Dugal.

The movie revolves around Umber Singh, a Sikh man who migrates to Punjab after the 1947 partition. Umber is so desperate to have a son that when his fourth daughter is born, he raises her up like a boy, Kanwar Singh. As the story progresses Kanwar is made to marry a girl.

The movie which was screened at various international film festivals has bagged a number of awards including the Neptac Award for World or International Asian Film in the Contemporary World Cinema section at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival.

Directed by Anup Singh, the film will release on February 20 along with Varun Dhawan;s ‘Badlapur’. Check out the trailer here:
