Shahid Kapoor shoots for underwater sequence in 'Shaandaar'
The film is scheduled to release on September 4
Mumbai: After wrapping up weeks of shooting in international destinations like Poland and London, Shahid Kapoor was spotted shooting an underwater sequence for his upcoming film ‘Shaandaar’.
A picture of the actor standing in a pool in front of the cameras has made its way online. The film which is being helmed by ‘Queen’ director Vikas Bahl, also stars Alia Bhatt as the female lead.
Producer Karan Johar recently took to Twitter to announce the film’s release date. Previously the film’s shooting was put on hold after the members of The Film Studio Setting and Allied Mazdoor Union stopped working because of non-payment of dues. But the matters were taken care of and the team have resumed the work.
The film will now be releasing on September 4, and also stars Pankaj Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor.
