That Moto 360 on your wrist is receiving Lollipop 5.0.2!
Motorola is rolling out the Lollipop 5.0.2 update for the Moto 360
Motorola’s Moto 360 received a huge success in being the first Android wearable smartwatch with a round dial. Now that their wearables are out there, Motorola is making sure that they stay updated. The tech giant has started rolling out the Lollipop 5.0.2 update for each and every piece on the market.
If you own one of those round Android wearables, ensure that you are connected to the internet via the smartphone and check for updates. Also make sure that the Moto 360 has at least 80 per cent battery power for the update, else you could install the Lollipop during the night while it is charging.
The new Lollipop update 5.0.2 updates the Google Play services and fixes a few bugs, apart from a few improvisations on the performance and stability. The update is being rolled out in phases and if you haven’t received it as yet, you should get it within a few days. However, before you plan to update the Moto 360, you should know that the smartwatch firmware cannot be rolled back to a previous version of Android.
