Perth: Having demolished Pakistan and South Africa in their first two matches by dishing out clinical performances, defending champions India would look to complete a hat-trick of victories when they take on minnows United Arab Emirates in their third group league match of the cricket World Cup here on Saturday.

Check out how weather and pitch may shape up for this game.

Weather:

Bright and sunny weather awaits fans and players at Perth with maximum temperature of 29°C and minimum temperature hovering around 17°C. The good news is, there are absolutely no chances of rain playing spoilsport in this Pool B game

Pitch:

Like in the past, the Perth wicket will offer bounce and assistance to medium pacers. The Indian bowlers, who have successfully managed to use the short ball against South Africa, should do well on this wicket. The extra bounce shall make the spinners happy as well.

Key players:

Rohit Sharma

While he was a little unlucky to get run out against South Africa, he played a rash stroke against Pakistan in India’s first game. In his first two games, he has only managed to score runs. He would be eager to add some runs against his name against UAE.

Shaiman Anwar
67 runs against Zimbabwe and a hundred against Ireland, Shaiman Anwar is by far the best player from UAE side in this World Cup. While the United Arab Emirates’ team management would be hoping that the others stand up and contribute, it would not mind Anwar continuing his good run with the bat.
