Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan’s next film titled ‘Dilwale’

Mumbai: Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan have locked the titled of their next film that reportedly goes on floor this month. The film will be titled ‘Dilwale’ according to reports from Absolute India.

After the success of their last outing together 'Chennai Express', there were reports that suggested their new project might be called 'Punjab Express'. However after meeting Harry Baweja they have acquired the rights to the title they needed.

'Dilwale' is an Ajay Devgn, Suniel Shetty, and Ranveena Tandon starrer that released in 1994. Harry Baweja who directed the film, has now shared the rights of the title with Rohit Shetty.

Director-Producer Harry Baweja was quoted saying, “ I had a conversation with the makers of the film and I have no problem in giving them the title.” Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Rohit Shetty has not confirmed casting anyone else as of now. As many names are being speculated of being a part of this big project, SRK recently said other actors may have been approached but till the actors don't sign on the dotted line there is no point in announcing the names.

At the press conference of a reality show, Rohit Shetty assured his fans that he would make an announcement of his entire cast at the earliest.
