Ranbir Kapoor unfurls world's largest Indian tricolour in Faridabad
The actor along with BJP leader Amit Shah unveiled the "India's Tallest Tiranga"

Mumbai: For all those who thought you wouldn't get to see the patriotic side of Ranbir Kapoor after 'Rajneeti' here's a treat. Ranbir Kapoor along with BJP leaders unfurled the world's largest and tallest Indian tricolour at Town Park in Faridabad on Tuesday.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah, Haryana Chief Minister ML Khattar and Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor were present on the momentous occasion. Ministers of the state cabinet were also in attendance.

The flag weighs 48 kilograms and has a 96 feet by 64 feet dimension. It was hoisted at a height of 250 feet (75 meters), making it the largest and the highest hoisted Indian flag in the world. Ranbir is seen posing with the Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar.
At the event, we saw the actor channelise his inner Samar Pratap (his character in 'Rajneeti').
Bollywood heartthrob wooed hundreds of fans in Haryana, who had travelled from far for a glimpse of Raj Kapoor's grandson. Ranbir is currently in New Delhi for the shoot of Imtiaz Ali's 'Tamaasha' with ex-flame Deepika Padukone.
