Ed Sheeran to star in Happy New Year’s sequel
The musician was recently spotted partying with the B-town celebs
London: Ed Sheeran is all set to make his acting debut in the sequel to Bollywood blockbuster 'Happy New Year'.
The singer, who crooned to 'Thinking Out Loud', recently took the nation by storm especially the B-town celebs during his concert in Mumbai.
Sheeran was later seen partying with the who's who of Bollywood in Mumbai.
The musician hit it off well with director and choreographer Farah Khan, and if the reports are rife, the ginger crooner has agreed to appear in 'Happy New Year 2', the Mirror reported.
Meanwhile Farah, who directed the original movie, revealed that it was a surprise when her cousin Zubin called from London and informed her that Sheeran was going to be in town and wanted to meet her and her Bollywood pals.
"Not only did Ed hit it off with Abhishek, but before I left, they both also decided that Ed would act in Happy New Year 2,” said Farah.
