Web Portal, Mobile App to assist rail travellers in filing complaints

It will be very useful as one can track the status of the complaints

Hyderabad: As announced in the Railway Budget, the Ministry of Railways has launched a Customer Complaint Web Portal and Mobile Application (android/windows based mobile App). The Customer Complaint-cum-Suggestion portal and mobile App which can be freely downloaded, will be very useful as one can track the status of the complaints which has been registered on this portal with the help of mobile App.
 
The Complaint Management System portal consists of a mobile App that is based on complaints and suggestions application (currently on the android platform). 
It also has a web based complaints and suggestions portal, www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in. 
 
A test messages based complaints and suggestions application on the number +91-9717630982 has also been introduced. A link to Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System will also be provided.
