Apple to announce the Watch and a lot more tonight

Apple is holding a keynote today, which was prompted by an invitation with the words ‘Spring Forward’. Why is Apple having this event and what will they reveal today? Well, the Apple event will start at 22.30 IST and here is what to expect.

As we all know that Apple has unveiled the Watch, the first wearable under the Apple belt, in September, last year. However, due to some manufacturing issues with the gadget section, Apple announced that the Watch will only start selling post April. However, Apple sent out an invitation to a keynote that will be held tonight (IST). The keynote invitation focuses on ‘Spring Forward’, which means Apple will announce what it has in store for the tech industry, post Spring.

Apart from the final pricing on the Watch variants, Apple will give us a complete insider about the Watch and its recent updates and developments. Apple has been releasing the developer codes for the Watch so that app developers can create apps for the new wearable. So we are possibly going to see thousands of new apps for the new Watch. We can also expect the Watch to highlighting more features embedded with options for remote controlling an iPhone or Apple TV. Apple could also be announcing the luxury Watch variants and the different stores it will be available—online and in-store outlets.

According to market surveyors, Apple is also said to be announcing the new series of the MacBook Air. A new 12-inch MacBook Air was rumoured to be under development and production. The MacBook Air is also rumoured to sport a higher resolution display—allegedly a 2K display or higher.
