London: Munching a giant cockroach is not a big deal for former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff as long as it doesn't have a 'horrible' back end taste.

Flintoff is taking part in first series of the Australian version of the popular British reality show, 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' and he had to go through a creepy crawly treat as hosts Julia Morris and Chris Brown, in Ant and Dec's role, encouraged the former cricketer to eat the Madagascan hissing cockroach.

The nasty crunch of the cockroach didn't put Flintoff off and he seemed to be coping brilliantly until he reached the back of the insect and started struggling with the taste, The Mirror reported.

The former all-rounder exclaimed that the back end of the cockroach is horrible.

Host Chris Brown started to explain that the cockroach was a female, and the 'white stuff' were the eggs, but Flintoff was having none of it and claimed that he is not bothered.

Flintoff said that that back end has done him in; adding that it's coming out again, just when he thought it was over. He added that it's like the gift that keeps giving.
