Hyderabad: Telangana TDP MLAs on Friday met Governor ESL Narasimhan in connection with their suspension from the Legislative Assembly for the entire budget session and also complained about the "anti-democratic" actions of the TRS government.

"We brought to the notice of the Governor all anti-democratic and anti-constitutional actions of TRS government. We explained to the Governor about our suspension," TDP floor leader in the Assembly E Dayakar Rao told reporters.

The TDP MLAs were suspended for the rest of the budget session last Monday for allegedly creating unruly scenes and insulting the national anthem during Governor's address to the joint sitting of the Legislature on the opening day. The TDP floor leader said that they have asked the Governor to obtain all the CDs concerning the incident to know the fact of the matter.
