Xerox India Appoints Mr Anurag Gupta as Director, Customer Service Operations and Dr Satish Prasad Rath as Chief Innovation Manager for Healthcare Research

Xerox, a global business services, technology and document management company announced Anurag Gupta as the Director, Customer Service Operations (CSO), Xerox India. Anurag replaces Balaji Rajagopalan, who has moved to the role of Executive Director, Technology, Channels and International Distributor Operations, the previous year.

Anurag Gupta has been with Xerox India for over 29 years, most recently heading the Field Service Operations at Xerox India. During his journey with the company, he has made a significant contribution to the Xerox India business. He joined Xerox India in 1985 as a Trainee at Xerox India manufacturing unit, Rampur, moving across various roles within CSO function for 22 years and thereafter in Global Document Outsourcing (GDO) function for last seven years.

Xerox very recently also announced the appointment of Satish Prasad Rath, MD, as Chief Innovation Manager for Healthcare Research, Xerox Innovation Group. He is based at the Xerox Research Centre India (XRCI), in Bangalore. Rath joins Xerox from Wipro Technologies where he was distinguished member of technical staff at the CTO office, overseeing healthcare research activities for the company’s point of care solutions and mobile health.

Dr Rath's background in healthcare consumer-facing technology will help strengthen Xerox research and develop innovative solutions that improve people's lives through better, more accessible and more affordable healthcare. His primary responsibility will be to help the Xerox Innovation Group expand research in consumer-centric healthcare and develop solutions that will simplify healthcare processes worldwide.
