“It is learnt the CBI team visited Victoria Hospital and spoke to the doctors who conducted the autopsy on Mr Ravi on March 17. Further, as there were allegations that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had visited the mortuary to tamper with the post mortem report, the CBI officials also took some information from the doctors there," a source said.
It is learnt that the CBI officials have also taken possession of the crucial post-mortem and forensic reports. "The CBI team may begin the probe by questioning several police officers who visited the apartment where Ravi committed suicide. Also, they will question Ravi's family members, wife and in-laws soon. They will visit the scene of crime and his office. Some of the top officials of the real estate firms will also be questioned," the source said, adding that the CBI will also question the woman IAS officer to whom Ravi had sent his last text message.
