Medplus aims at a revenue of Rs 1,430 crore
Pharma company also plans to invest $50-75 million in not more than six months
Hyderabad: MedPlus, one of the leading pharmacy retail chains in India, is aiming at a revenue of Rs 1,430 crore this fiscal, a top official of the firm said. In addition, it plans to invest $50-75 million in not more than six months to open 10,000 outlets across the country in the next two to three years.
Talking on the sidelines of the launch of its e-commerce service — Click, Pick and Save — in Hyderabad, Dr Madhukar Gangadi, founder and CEO, MedPlus Health Services, said, “With this online platform launch and our expansion plans of 10,000 stores in the next two to three years, we are targeting of getting a revenue of Rs 1,430 crore this fiscal from Rs 1,070 crore in the last fiscal.” Currently, the group has 1,240 outlets across India.
