Los Angeles: Freddie Prinze Jr and Paul Walker's 1999 romantic comedy 'She's All That' is reportedly getting a remake treatment by The Weinstein Company and Miramax.

Kenny Leon is on board to direct the remake with Spike Lee's wife, Tonya Lewis Lee, serving as producer, reported TheWrap.

Miramax will apparently also produce the remake, while Weinstein Company (TWC) executive Julie Rapaport will reportedly oversee the project.

TWC has not responded to request for comment, while a representative for Miramax says that no deal has been sealed at this time.

The original ‘She's All That’, a modern adaptation of George Bernard Shaw's play ‘Pygmalion’ and George Cukor's 1964 film ‘My Fair Lady’, follows a popular high school student (Prinze Jr) who makes a bet with his friend (Walker) that he can turn a dorky, solitary, unpopular art student (Cook) into his high school's prom queen.
