Bigg Boss 5 contestant Pooja Mishra alleges molestation in Udaipur
The model said she was offered a drink laced with drugs
Mumbai: Reality TV show Bigg Boss 5 contestant Pooja Mishra filed molestation charges against an unidentified person in Udaipur on Wednesday, according to reports.
The model reportedly alleged that she was offered a beverage spiked with drugs, after consuming the drink she was unconscious. When she woke up later she felt that she had been molested while she was knocked out.
"After having dinner at the hotel, I was offered a drink. After drinking it I returned to my room where and went into a deep sleep. When I got up in the morning I felt that I was molested and sexually assaulted," she said in her complaint filed on Wednesday.
The model was in Udaipur for the shoot of a calendar and was put up in a five-star hotel. According to reports, the police have registered the case under sections 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and have also conducted a medical examination to determine whether she was molested.
