Downloading search history can benefit in keeping records or proof of work
Google has introduced a new feature that allows you to download your search history. The feature can benefit you in letting you prepare a comprehensive document of your Google search history, which may be useful in keeping records or proof of work, etc.
To activate the new features, go to Google Web History. The gear icon on the top right will draw you a download option, hit on that! Before Google archives your history, it prompts you a warning to refrain from downloading the search history on a public or shared computer, in order to keep your from privacy being sabotaged.
Once you’ve read Google’s disclaimer, continue the process by clicking on the ‘create archive’ option. Soon after your history archive is ready, you will receive an email from Google that will give you access to your downloaded history on the Google Drive. You can then choose to download or keep your history archive on your Google Drive.
If you are an errant internet surfer, your search history may be a lot of fun, go try!
