Sudden rains bring down temperature in Hyderabad

Rainfall of 2.3 mm was recorded in the city

Hyderabad: The city saw light to moderate rains on Wednesday with Motinagar, Begumpet, SR Nagar, Secunderabad and other parts receiving hail. Rainfall of 2.3 mm was recorded in the city.
 
Due to strong winds, a hoarding near the Secretariat toppled over, injuring two people on a bike. As per the Meteorological Department, the sky will remain cloudy for the next three days and rain, along with isolated thundershowers, will occur in parts of the city. There was hail in parts of the city on Wednesday, but there was no hailstorm alert.
 
“Moderate rain might lash the city again and the temperatures will go down in the next four days,” a met official said.
