Hyderabad: A peeved Telangana CM  K. Chandrasekhar Rao, helpless about his party men painting the city pink with posters and life size cut-outs has directed GHMC to remove all of them at night, starting with his posters.

TRS politicians and their henchmen are the biggest violators of the HC court orders on posters. Even birthdays of TRS party leaders have become public events, with every nook and corner of the city being covered with banners, flags, pamphlets.

The entire stretch from Panjagutta to Secunderabad has been decked up with pink flags. “The whole city is full of posters on bridges, walls, on closed shops and everywhere else.

During late hours, we see civic staff busy trying to remove them but the unstamped ones,” complained Prathi-ba Kumar, of Marredpally, a corporate employee.

“Orders have been given by the CM to remove the posters during night hours and to start with his posters,” added a civic official.
