Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a six-year-old boy died after a ball hit him hard on the chest during a gully cricket match in Mansoorabad area in Vanasthalipuram late evening on Thursday.
He was fielding when a powerful shot by a 12-year-old boy hit him. He fell unconscious and was shifted to the hospital, but was declared brought dead. The deceased was identified as T. Vamshi Krishna, a UKG student in Nagarjuna School in Mansoorabad.
His father T. Govinda Raju, a mason, and the family resides in Gandhari Apartments in Sahara Estates, a gated community in Vanasthalipuram.
