Mumbai: The infamous Kamal R Khan aka KRK is back to his attention-seeking antics on Twitter. The so called film critic announced on Twitter that director turned actor Karan Johar had offered him Rs 25 lakhs to give his film ‘Bombay Velvet’ a four star rating.

He also claimed that he stopped reviewing films as the makers of ‘Bombay Velvet’ threatened him, specifically mentioning director Anurag Kashyap’s name. KRK even posted an image of the text he apparently received from Karan Johar, but from the looks of the message it is very evident that Johar wasn’t the one behind the text message.

Putting an end to the unnecessary controversy Anurag Kashyap shot back at the recent ‘Bombay Velvet’ second trailer launch event, saying, “KRK has given me an open challenge today that if Bombay Velvet does well, then he would cut off his special weapon. So, we are now planning to send him an ice box, a very specially designed ice-box so that we can keep his special weapon on display at the upcoming Museum of Indian Cinema. We want to preserve it so that we can display India’s most inconsequential critic, KRK’s special weapon. We are sending him the ice box and we will even keep a ticket for viewing KRK’s special weapon.”

When asked if he really offered KRK money, Karan Johar said, “Do you believe that I sent him that message?”

We wonder if KRK will have a comeback against Kashyap and Johar.
