Google Nexus 6, which was launched in October 2014, seems to disappoint its fans due to manufacturing defects and battery issues.
The battery of the Google Nexus 6 handset exploded while it was just lying idle. Monica Jasuja, the user of Google Nexus 6 posted images of the swollen battery on Twitter.

Monica Jasuja was shocked at the way the battery swelled and exploded. Google Nexus 6 was lying unused and wasn’t even kept for charging. As reported earlier, the back panel of the Nexus 6 device appeared as unglued. Nexus 6 users tried fixing the rear panel of the handset, but efforts seemed unsuccessful.

On receiving a series of complaints about the defective rear panel of Nexus 6, Motorola’s Support forum acknowledged this issue and promised its customers to replace the back panel of the handset.
Posting complaints on Twitter are being acknowledged quickly. Motorola’s Support forum may look into the battery issue soon.
