Deepika Padukone suffers minor injuries while shooting for 'Bajirao Mastani' dance off sequence

Mumbai: Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra's dance sequence choreographed by Remo D'Souza has garnered a lot of attention. The two will be competing for Ranveer Singh in the infamous dance off act in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’.
The song has been shot over a period of 12 days in Mumbai. Remo who is best known for his western dance style will be venturing out of his comfort zone for this one. Priyanka announced its wrap up by posting, "Finally done...The bliss of finishing a momentous task is so relieving. #BajiraoMastani. Back to #AyeshaMehra for #DDD tomorrow. Kashi bids gn."

Deepika who is busy juggling with several events at once, arrived at Piku's promotional event sporting bandages on each of her foot. It is said that the steps involved in the song were of the kinds which were never done before by them. Reportedly, the two were wearing heavy jewellery which kept rubbing against their skin and were also bumping into other dancers and falling.
