Mumbai: Giving Sunil Narine a final warning, the BCCI Suspect Bowling Action Committee on Thursday cleared the West Indian to bowl off-spinners in the Indian Premier League.

The committee on April 28, 2015 banned Narine from bowling off-spinners in the BCCI-backed Indian Premier League. The committee then noted that Narine could ask for an official assessment by the committee.

According to a statement issued by IPL, the committee received the request.

“The player underwent a third biomechanical analysis of his action at the ICC and BCCI accredited Sri Ramachandra Arthroscopy and Sports Sciences Centre (SRASSC) in Chennai – this time for his remodelled action (i.e. the one that had been cleared by the Committee immediately before the IPL season),“ added the press release.
