Subhas Chandra Bose's kin meet PM Modi on declassification

Kolkata: Family members of Subhas Chandra Bose on Saturday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here and put forward their long-pending demand to de-classify the files related to Netaji.

“On Saturday along with other members of the Bose family, we met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and told him that the declassification of Netaji files was not just a demand of the family but of the entire nation,” Netaji’s grand nephew Chandra Kumar Bose told reporters after the meeting with Mr Modi.

Mr Bose, along with other family members,  held a 20-minute long meeting with Modi at Raj Bhavan. He said the Prime Minister’s approach towards their demand of de-classification of files was very positive.
