Hyderabad: The Central Bureau of Investigation may seek cancellation of the court’s order granting bail to B. Ramalinga Raju and others in the multi-crore Satyam fraud case.

The Central Bureau of Investigation special public prosecutor, Mr K. Surender, said, “We haven’t received the order copy yet. Once we get it, we have to study on what grounds — which they mentioned in their pleas — were they granted bail. Moreover, there is a strong possibility of approaching the court for cancellation of the order.”
