Youth who made porn clip held for girl’s suicide

Thiruvananthapuram:  A 21-year-old youth was arrested for making porn clips of a medical student, which allegedly led to a girl student commiting suicide earlier in April.

According to police, “the accused had an affair with the girl, a student of a private medical college at Venjaramoodu. He used to save clips of their liaisons on the mobile phone.”

Just when the family was all set to marry her off, the girl-committed suicide on April 30.

"He used to pretend to love and trap unsuspecting girls over phone. If they denied his overtures, he would threaten to slit his veins," said The police officer investigating the case. He has been booked under Section 306 (abetment of suicide) and produced before the court.
