Seoul: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday undertook a visit to Cheonggyecheon Stream, a key urban renewal project in downtown Seoul, the capital of South Korea.
"What vision and will can make possible. PM visits the urban renewal project Cheonggyecheon Stream in Seoul," the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson tweeted along with some photographs of the Prime Minister's tour of the area.
The spokesperson also posted pictures of the stream as it looked before the urban renewal project and its present look.

The project initially attracted much public criticism but, after opening in 2005, it has become popular among city residents and tourists.
Prime Minister Modi also interacted with the members of the Indian community at the Cheonggyecheon Stream, amid chants of "Modi, Modi".
"Venue different but enthusiasm same: the Indian community and PM," the PMO tweeted.
