Hyderabad: The governments of Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh are heading for another tussle, this time over home quota seats in the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal.

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari informed the Union HRD ministry on Tuesday that the 50 per cent home quota seats in NIT Warangal legally belonged to students of Telangana and Article 371D of the Constitution could not be applied to it.
