Nargis Fakhri campaigns for the last white Rhino Sudan in Kenya
The actress visited Ol-Pejeta sanctuary in the Mt. Kenya region
Mumbai: Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri is currently in Kenya. During her visit to the country she visited Sudan, the only remaining northern-white Rhino on the planet. The actress also got a chance to meet Sudan’s two female companions Suin and Fatu at the Ol-Pejeta sanctuary in the Mt. Kenya region.
The actress requested her fans to be a part of the Ketto campaign to help save the species. According to the campaign’s Ketto page, Ol Pejeta Conservancy's rhino rangers find themselves in challenging situations on an all too regular basis. They are on the front-line protecting dwindling numbers of rhino. The 90,000 acre conservancy is home to three of the last five northern white rhinos left in existence, 23 white rhinos and 106 black rhinos.
