A deglam role for Sonarika

Sonarika of Mahadev serial fame is all set to make her film debut with Jadoogadu. Before her debut film hits the screens on June 5, she has already signed her second Telugu film opposite Bellamkonda Srinivas.

It is the Telugu remake of Tamil film Sundarapandian. In her debut film, she plays a glamorous girl, while in the second, her character will be deglam. According to a source, in this comic entertainer, Sonarika will be seen in a typical traditional role. “The director has seen her performance in the serial Mahadev and roped her in for this traditional character,” said the source. Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao is directing this Telugu film.
