Sonal Chuahan’s scary moment
Sonal had quite the scare while shooting
Sonal Chuahan, one of the female leads opposite Ram in Pandaga Chesuko, says she had quite a scare in Portugal recently. “We were shooting at Algarve for a song. It’s a stunning location with hills and beach.
While shooting, a strong wind blew, almost toppling me, and when I looked back, it was a fall of nearly 150 feet. I almost lost my mind,” Sonal says.
She is playing an NRI in the film. “My character is a very strong role. I play a dominating and arrogant NRI. As an actor, I love to portray different characters irrespective of the length of the role,” says Sonal.
Though she is playing almost a second fiddle to Rakul Preet Singh in the film, she says that she accepted it because of the prominence of the character.
She adds that it was very difficult to match Ram in dance steps. “Choreographers helped me with my steps to match Ram. He is very energetic, especially in dances,” she says.
About Rakul Preet, she says, “We are both from Mumbai and moreover, Rakul has done many Telugu films, so actually she helped me a lot. She is a very good actress and we discuss films when we get the time.”
Talking about her upcoming films, she says that she is doing Sher opposite Nandamuri Kalyanram and has also signed Size Zero that stars Anushka as the lead.
