Raymond expects 15 per cent contribution from linen sales
Company is primarily looking at domestic market to sell the fabric

Hyderabad: Indian fabric maker Raymond on Tuesday said that it expects to its newly launched fabric linen to contribute 15 per cent of its overall fabric sales. “In two years, linen should be 15 per cent of Raymond fabric business as more and more people in India are adopting this fabric,” said Rajiv Bajaj, the head of branded shirting business, Raymond Limited, after launching the company’s fabric in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The company, he said, is primarily looking at domestic market to sell the fabric, which is mostly imported from other countries.
