Schools reopen in Nepal, leaving children to course through debris

The earthquake that devastated Nepal on April 25 claimed the lives of 479 students and 45 teachers. It is assumed that the numbers were low considering that it was a Saturday and that if it were a weekday, the numbers would have been definitely more
Many schools are also advised to conduct classes only in the first and the second floor following fear of earthquakes.
It was announced that five week school holiday following the quake would be adjusted with the 45 days of summer and winter holidays. 
For some schools, however, reopening so soon after the quake has proved impossible, with temporary classrooms still being built, and continuing concerns about safety and space.

After the quake, many children attended lessons in temporary classrooms made of bamboo or in tents.
Students were encouraged to talk about the quake or share stories about what happened to their families.
Though many schools in Kathmandu valley did not suffer much damage, the frequent after shocks has raised fears and apprehension among many parents and students about the safety.
