Somerset: Chris Gayle, West Indies’ T20 swashbuckler, is known for being eccentric – both on and off the field. After a successful Indian Premier League (IPL), he signed up for Natwest T20 Blast and life, since then, has been a party for the cricketer. On Wednesday, the Jamaican turned barman after playing a charity game for Somerset all-rounder Peter Trego.

Gayle appeared as a guest for South Devon and then, changed gears to become the bartender for the day.

This is not the first time the cricketer is seen living his life king size. Earlier, during the preparations for World Cup, he was caught by a lady police officer though the reason wasn’t known. But Gayle had posted a photo saying: “No arrests were made.”

Even though Royal Challengers Bangalore crashed out of the IPL, Gayle did not seem depressed or breaking his head over the exit. He, in his own zone, visited massage parlours and hit the pubs.
