Arignar Anna zoological park at Vandalur now witness the life of alligators in three dimension

Chennai: Visitors to the Arignar Anna zoological park at Vandalur can now witness the life of alligators in three dimension, following the introduction of underwater aquarium here from Thursday.
So far, the public had the chance to view the alligators only from the top. From now on, they can view how they swims and eat, says an official communication from the zoological park.
“A male and female alligator, which is an endangered species, has been left in the aquarium. Proper steps have been made for the animal to lay eggs in the aquarium,” according to the release.
Reflector boards on the life of the alligator, about the species, food and environment have also been displayed there.
