Chief Minister tells ministers to set up camp offices fast
Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday inaugurated his camp office amidst blessings from priests of the Durga temple. He also took part in a puja that was performed by Durga Prasad, the chief priest. He entered his camp office building along with several ministers and MLAs at the right muhuratam, and performed the puja. After completion of the puja, the CM occupied his chair and the priests blessed him. The priests also distributed prasadam among all the guests, including the CM, his brother-in-law Nandamuri Balakrishna and son Lokesh.
Mr Naidu told the officials and ministers to make it possible for people to reach the capital city within one and-a-half hours from North Andhra and Rayalaseema districts. He also directed the ministers to arrange for camp offices as soon as possible. The CM said that the government was conducting the Maha Sankalpam to re-dedicate and develop the state as the country’s, as well as the world’s, best destination.
He said that the Maha Sankalpam should be organised every year until the goal is reached. Ministers Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, N. China Rajappa, Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, Kollu Ravindra, P Raghunatha Reddy, Deputy Speaker Mandali Budha Prasad, MPs Maganti Babu, Kesineni Nani, mayor Koneru Sridhar, chief secretary I.Y.R. Krishna Rao, government advisor Parakala Prabhakar, several MLAs and officials were also present.
