Protests over TRS framing Chandrababu Naidu

Anantapur: Protests rocked in many parts of the region following the Telangana  government targeted AP Chief Minister in connection with Revanth Reddy issue on Monday.

Telugu Desam cadres led by Anantapur deputy mayor Sake Gampanna staged protest in  Anantapur. The activists set effigies of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar  Rao at clock tower and Saptagiri circle.

Mr Gampanna alleged the Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was trying to tarnish image of the AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu by opting ugly culture.
“Though, Hyderabad is joint capital for both AP and Telangana for 10 years, the TRS was behaving the worst by threatening people of Seemandhra,” he observed and demanded the TRS government should realise its limitations instead of behaving with ugly scenes.

In Kadiri, Telugu Desam activists led by constituency in-charge Kandikunta  Venkata Prasad staged rasta roko on Anantapur-Chennai highway road. Telugu Desam leaders and cadres staged rasta roko on NH 44 road in between  Kurnool-Hyderabad road demanding that Telangana government should be in its limits. Similarly, Telugu Desam activists burn effigies of K. Chandrasekhar Rao and YSRC president  Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy in Kadapa district as part of protests.
