'Fukrey' actress Vishakha Singh strikes back at fan's derogatory comment

The actress' post soon went viral for standing up to cyber bullying

Mumbai: Very often celebrities become victim to cyber bullying, but ‘Fukrey’ actress Vishakha Singh decided to silence her bully when she responded to a derogatory comment made on the social networking site Facebook.

Vishakha had posted a picture of herself on her social media page with the caption the read, “Everybody is somebody’s foreigner. Wearing Madversity’s cool new Tee..looking forward to more such quotes!” (sic)

When a fan commented, “Nice looking and nice b***s.” In no time, the actress struck back with a brief comment, putting the bully in his place. She wrote, “Mr MD Mustakim Saifi, 1) remove that innocent child’s picture as your dp. 2) have the guts to put your own profile picture . And then comment.”

She continued, “I know I am a woman.. And for your general knowledge, Yes, All women have breasts. Your mother, sister, wife, grandmother, aunts, daughter, friends. All of them included. Do you walk up to them and say ‘nice b***s’? Feel sorry for you. Have the guts to say it on my face?? Else, get off my page.”

After which two other fans posted more derogatory comments, however Vishaka didn’t hold back. She responded to the negative comments on the picture. The post soon went viral on social media, with fans lauding the actress’ bravery to stand up to these cyber bullies.

Vishakha later deleted the post from her page, and posted, “Deleted that post that went viral. Not afraid of anyone but simply tired of unwanted negativity. A big thanks to all those who supported.”
