Sonakshi and Arjun are no longer ‘good friends’

Sonakshi Sinha and Arjun Kapoor, who were said to be dating during the making of Tevar, parted soon after the release of the film. Their equation was for all to see during the AIB Roast, which was organised around the same time as the film’s release and the actress was seen cheering for Kapoor who was one of the prominent faces at the event.

However, the break-up was rather obvious at a recent awards show in Malaysia, since the two looked through each other during the event. Their not-so-amicable break-up became even more evident when Arjun, who was hosting the show sidelined Sonakshi on stage, in the presence of other actors.

Says a source, “It was Anil Kapoor who came to Sona’s rescue by making her groove to a track from Dil Dhadakne Do on stage. Sonakshi and Arjun did run into each other a few times, but interacted only for the cameras and spoke about work alone. Since they never publicly admitted to their relationship, there was no point offering an explanation. Besides, they are both star kids and understand the pressures of being in the limelight.”
