Vidya Balan meets Akhilesh Yadav at a special screening of ‘Hamari Adhuri Kahani'

Mumbai: ‘Hamari Adhuri Kahani’ has been minutely received by the masses as the film could only collect close to 20 crores where the box office reports of it’s contemporaries differ immensely.

Today, Vidya Balan along with Mahesh Bhatt travelled to Lucknow for a special screening of the film. The screening was an all women screening that also saw the presence of Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. The chief minister was all praises for the film.

Mahesh Bhatt, who wrote the story of the film, said, "The response to Hamari Adhuri Kahani has been outstanding. This film is dedicated to all the women of the country and they have received and loved the film with an open arm. That is our victory."
