Basic beginners’ exercise series is called Pavanamuktasana

Hyderabad: Yoga experts say that the protocol is to practice basic yoga that can be done by eight to 80-year-olds. Basic beginners’ exercise series is called Pavanamuktasana, which helps in improving flexibility. “These are simple exercises that can be done by all. There are a total of 15 asanas,” Dr Ravindra Kapadia, yoga instructor said.
