Of this lot, officials selected the private guest house which is in the limits of Krishna flood banks near Prakasam barrage following suggestions of vaastu experts of Mr Naidu. The guest house is on the north face and the Krishna flows from south to east. This makes for good vaastu, but we don’t know the legalities, said vaastu pundit K. Atchi Reddy.
As per the River Conservancy Act, all permanent constructions wit-hin the Krishna flood bank is illegal.
