Hyderabad: Allu Sirish, youngest son of popular producer Allu Aravind, is all set to start his next project with director Parasuram. But way before he got into acting, Sirish learnt the basics about the business of the film industry from his dad. “My father has always been our inspiration (for Sirish and his two brothers Allu Arjun and Bobby). He always encourages my ideas and never forces his ideas on me. He also advices me accordingly, that is one great thing about him,” says Sirish.
The actor says that there are a few things about his father that have left a mark on him, “The first thing is that as a family man, he has been the single largest influence in my life. One of my biggest motivations to succeed is so that I make my father proud. His businessman aura has overshadowed his role as a family man. But he’s the anchor of our family and moves heaven and Earth to keep us intact as a single unit,” says the actor.
Allu Aravind had shared a three point advice with Sirish and it has stayed with the actor, “There are three things he’s been telling me since my teenage years: Money or wealth can be lost, family and friends are for life. Value and cherish them. The second one this is to do whatever you wish, as long as you're happy doing it and the third one is that fame can be earned easily, but name and trust takes decades. Build a name, not fame.”
The actor reveals an interesting thing about his father. “I might become more famous than my father, earn more than him eventually. But one achievement of his, I don’t think I can ever achieve is that four of his friends — Mukesh Udeshi, Rama Rao, Jagannath and Bunny Vasu have named their sons ‘Aravind’ after my father. In my opinion, that is Allu Aravind’s legacy,” says the actor.
