Etela Rajender goes through surgeries

Hyderabad: Finance minister Etela Rajender, who sustained injuries in a road accident in  Karimnagar last week, underwent knee and nose surgeries in a corporate hospital here on Friday.

Hospital officials stated that Mr Rajender's condition is normal and he has been prescribed complete bed-rest for a week. He sustained injuries on his left knee and nose, due to which he was facing respiratory problems.

He is likely to be shifted to his residence in a day or two.
