Hyderabad: Senior citizens practicing yoga are happy to tell the world the secret of their good health. Yoga instructor E. Arunachalam, 71, has been training seniors at Saket since a year. He  explained, “Most of my students are between 60 and 80. 
 
They were having difficulty sitting on the floor. But now they are sitting on the mat. It helps people even in old  age.” Mr Kishore. V, a senior said, “Our group of 25 got a yoga dress specially made. We are  happy to say that it is of immense help not only to the body but also the mind.”Mr Srinivas Rao, who teaches in municipal parks said, “I have been teaching yoga free since eight years. Most people are first interested in learning breathing exercises and then they think of other exercises.”
