Elvis Stephenson did not name Telugu Desam MPs

MLA Elvis Stephenson’s statement in the cash-for-vote case revealed that Bishop Harry Sebastian played a key in the entire episode.

None of the RS MPs, including Mr Garikapati Mohan Rao, figured in the statement given by Mr Stephenson.

“The man who initially spoke on phone with Stephenson before handing it over to Mr Naidu was Harry Sebastian,” the ACB said.
